JENNY PACKHAM Spring 2015 Collection was inspired by Marilyn Monroe, this season’s collection featured crepes in pillarbox red and bold china blue, draped off the shoulder and clinched at the waist, alongside sleek silhouettes in textured metallic.
A full length, form fitting gown in fine illusion tulle encrusted with waterfalls of sequins was inspired by the iconic ‘Some Like it Hot’ cocktail dress.
Voluminous skirts in saccharine shades of flamingo pink, pale jade and sugar almond in the lightest organza and appliqué lace and separates evocative of Marilyn’s pared down, off duty wardrobe.
A bold palm print was a reference to the lush bungalowed gardens of the Beverly Hills Hotel, where Marilyn famously called home.
